Connect Salesforce to everything else you use.
When systems don't talk to each other, people copy data by hand, and mistakes creep in. We build reliable integrations that move data automatically, with error handling and monitoring built in.
Signs you need an integration
If someone on your team re-types the same information into two systems, that's an integration waiting to happen.
- Website or form submissions are copied into Salesforce by hand
- Payments, invoices or orders live in a separate system from your customer data
- Your team exports CSV files to move data between tools
- An existing integration fails silently and nobody notices for days
- You're adopting a new platform and need it in sync with Salesforce
- Reports don't match because data lives in several places
Built to run without babysitting
Integration design
We map which system owns which data, what triggers a sync, and what happens when something fails.
Salesforce APIs
REST and SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture and outbound messaging, chosen to fit the job.
Middleware & serverless
Lightweight, low-cost connectors (for example, Cloudflare Workers) when a full middleware platform is overkill.
Error handling
Retries, clear error logging and alerts, so failures get noticed and fixed quickly.
Security
Dedicated integration users, least-privilege access and securely stored credentials.
Documentation
A clear record of how data flows, so your team understands and can extend it.
Systems we connect to Salesforce
If it has an API, it can usually be connected. Some common examples:
How an integration project works
Discovery
We learn both systems, the data involved and how your team uses it.
Design & quote
You get a clear design, scope and fixed price.
Build & test
Built against sandbox or test environments, with failure scenarios tested too.
Launch & monitor
Go-live with monitoring and alerts, plus documentation for your team.
Questions about integrations
Do I need expensive middleware?
Often not. Many integrations run well on lightweight serverless connectors that cost very little to operate. We recommend middleware only when your volume or complexity calls for it.
What happens if the other system is down?
Good integrations expect this. We build in retries and alerts so data catches up once the system is back, and nothing is silently lost.
Can you fix an integration someone else built?
Yes. We start by reviewing how it works today, then propose fixes or a rebuild, whichever is more sensible.
Is our data secure?
We use dedicated integration users with only the access they need, encrypted connections, and credentials stored in secure secret storage, never in code.
